About Me

A Personal Journey Towards Greater Awareness

My journey with mindfulness and meditation began more than 15 years ago. Over time, this personal practice has become an important part of my life, deepening my understanding of awareness, self-reflection and the ways we relate to our thoughts, emotions and everyday experiences.

Before becoming a mindfulness teacher, I worked as a criminal lawyer in Rome for around 20 years. This experience gave me a deep appreciation of the complexity of human experience, the pressures people face and the importance of responding with awareness rather than reacting automatically.

Since 2012, I have also practised Vajrayana Buddhism, following a path that has further informed my understanding of meditation and the cultivation of awareness. Over time, I felt drawn to share what I had learned in a practical, secular and accessible way. I subsequently trained as a mindfulness teacher and became certified through the Mindfulness Now programme.

I believe mindfulness is not about withdrawing from everyday life, but about learning to engage with it more fully.

It is about becoming more aware of our thoughts, emotions and habitual reactions, creating space to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity, balance and understanding.

As a certified Mindfulness Now teacher, I bring together my personal experience of meditation, professional background and mindfulness training to offer an approach that is inclusive, practical and adapted to each individual.

Through guided meditation, body awareness and everyday mindfulness exercises, I aim to provide a supportive space where people can explore the practice at their own pace and discover how it can become part of their daily lives.
